does anyone have a wiring diagram for the OEM 1993 radio harness? Pulled out the stereo and PO did a terrible job on the wiring. Looking to make sense of this mess. Thank you in advance

You must've had the same previous owner that I had! My '94 Eddie Bauer originally had the premium radio (with the external amp), he replaced it with some POS Pioneer unit, and left this mess of wiring.
Here's the wiring for the standard radio, the '93 and '94 should be the same.

Gotta love previous owners and their riggings lol. Im not familiar with the OEM setups or options. Does this harness mean my truck came with a premium radio and external amp? Where did they locate the amp on them?

Looks like you did not have the premium radio. Notice in my picture there was a light blue and a black connector, IIRC those originally went to the premium amp. The premium amp is under the dash and has a large aluminum heatsink up under the steering column. Here's the schematic for the premium radio, which had a CD player inbuilt.
Those two grey connectors that you have look like the connectors that would have gone to the OEM radio (the right angle connectors).

Am I not seeing it clearly OP.... Do you not simply unplug the aftermarket adapters from the gray and black plugs to go back to factory? Looks like someone did it PROPERLY actually, vs. cutting the wiring behind the gray and plug plugs.

If I were going back to stock, yes, this end would work well. But everything is just taped together, nothing is done right. Front speakers arent working, I looked at driver side and the terminals on the speaker are broken off. I am going to install new front speakers, solder and heat shrink the wiring properly, and reinstall the aftermarket stereo.
